Our approach

We cross out the conventional

We never put technology ahead of the idea; we bring story, content and gamification together around one learning goal.

  1. 01

    Off-the-shelf template replaced by

    A story made for you

We write an original storyline that fits your course content. Knowledge sinks in faster and stays longer.

  2. 02

Clicking “next” screen after screen replaced by

    Game design

We build courses on game mechanics; a sense of achievement boosts motivation. We have delivered countless gamified projects in content-heavy areas such as orientation.

  3. 03

Technology for the hype replaced by

    Technology because it works

We don’t sell immature technology as a solution. We use interactive video, simulation, AR/VR, game engines and 3D animation to the full, wherever they work.

  4. 04

    Subtitles only replaced by

    Rebuilt in the target language

We have produced in many languages and scripts, including Arabic, Russian, Romanian, German, English, Hindi and Hungarian. We rebuild the course end to end in the target language.

Process

How we work

Corporate course projects involve several stakeholders giving feedback at once. That’s why we run the process in six steps defined from the outset.

  1. Step 01

    Scope and approval flow

Who contributes at which stage and who gives final approval is settled up front. Language versions are decided at this stage too.

  2. Step 02

    Storyline

We craft an original story tailored to you and aligned with your course content.

  3. Step 03

    Content selection

We select and simplify content based on what learners really need to know, not on everything someone wants to say.

  4. Step 04

    Interaction and game elements

Interactions are chosen to serve the learning goal. A user who makes a wrong choice never hits a dead end; explanatory feedback guides them back on track.

  5. Step 05

    Storyboard

Each screen’s topic, sequence, interaction type, voice-over script and visuals are shown close to final. Gaps are spotted before any code is written.

  6. Step 06

    Production and delivery

Design, voice-over and animation are completed; the course is delivered as a package ready to upload to your LMS.

Technical delivery

Your courses are packaged to run smoothly on your organization’s existing infrastructure.

  • AICC packages also available for systems that require it
  • Responsive design — works on desktop, tablet and mobile
  • Resume where you left off is supported
  • Multilingual versions available
  • Accessibility — captions, keyboard navigation and text summaries of interactive blocks are part of our design criteria

Frequently asked questions

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope. A comprehensive project such as orientation typically takes two to three months. Storyboard approval is the most critical milestone; the faster the approval, the faster production moves.

Can we publish it on our own learning management system?

Yes. Courses are delivered SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 and xAPI compliant and upload to any system that supports SCORM. If you don’t have an LMS, we can set up the delivery infrastructure too.

Can we update the content ourselves later?

We leave editable fields for information expected to change often. Structural changes require working with us, but we design the content to stay current for at least a year.

Do you use virtual reality?

We choose technology based on each organization’s conditions. The newest solution is not always the best fit. Technology should never overshadow the idea; it should give users seamless access to the course.

Can you produce in multiple languages?

Yes. But the language decision must be made at the start of the project; adding a language later means redoing a large part of the design and development.
