Why is prioritization important?

Being able to decide what needs to be done before what, and knowing when each thing needs to be finished, is actually important. Based on that, we should  set a goal  and work toward reaching it.

At the end of the day, whatever your profession, the most important organizing skill in your working life will be “prioritization.” Sometimes because of tasks that land in our lap, and sometimes because we can’t plan our time properly, we skip this step.

Now we’ll share a few prioritization tricks to make things easier for you 😉

1. Make a list of the tasks to be done.
2. Assign the tasks you’ll delegate to the right people.
3. Rate each task by difficulty and importance.
4. Adopt a first-in, first-out approach.
5. Always reward yourself when you finish the tasks you’ve been putting off. Because you’ve earned it ☺️
