About the course

What is AI, how does it learn, what can it do and what can it not do? Learn the fundamentals of using generative AI in your work with the right questions, safely and responsibly.

Course objective: Understand AI without overstating or underestimating it, and use generative AI tools in your work productively, accurately and safely.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

Explain what AI is and how machines learn from examples.
Recognize how generative AI works and why it can produce hallucinations.
Get better results with four-part prompts, and use AI responsibly by protecting data and verifying outputs.

The course consists of 5 animated chapters, 5 interactive exercises and an 8-question assessment. The exercises at the end of each chapter reinforce what you have learned in real work situations.

All employees who are starting to bring AI tools into their daily work, and the managers who need to set the boundaries of that use. No technical background required; the target audience is not developers but the end users of the tools.
